We’re Wayland Fresh. A healthy grab-n-go cafe, offering a smart alternative for smoothies, bowls, salads, wraps, wellness shots, and more!

We've proudly been serving our East Side community and beyond from our brick-and-mortar storefront since July of 2021.

Our dishes are made to order and never lack freshness, hence our motto: Always Fresh. Always Local. Each and every one of our ingredients have important nutrients and vitamins to not only keep you going but enhance your meals. There's no guilt in treating yourself when choosing healthy!

Wayland Fresh is part of the Premier Hospitality Group, which includes Mare Rooftop. Also located in Wayland Square, Mare Rooftop offers some of Rhode Island's finest dining, with a beautiful view overlooking Providence's skyline to the West, and the Seekonk River to the East.
